The mission of Resolute Care, LLC is to help individuals served to feel safe, feel a sense of belonging, live a meaningful life, and enhance their overall health and well-being.

Resolute Care values partnerships including with the county case manager, the individual’s family, and other supports to best meet the person’s needs. We aim to be flexible and innovative, specifically when exploring new services and supports to offer an individualized program. Staff incorporate a person-centered, and strength-based approach when assessing the individuals needs.

Our vision is to provide quality, individualized, person centered supports and collaborative services to individuals with mental health issues living in the community.
